I watched Howl's Moving Castle. It was a love story more than anything, something I wasn't expecting from Studio Ghibli, being that they produced a lot more light-hearted material back when. But I guess with the start of Princess Mononoke (did I get that right?) and then with Spirited Away, they've started to get into darker fantasy-type stories.

I would also like to add that this movie is a anti-war movie, as well.

And I like the scarecrow. He made me cry much, because he was such a nice scarecrow.

The VA's for the characters, especially Sophie, were fantastic. And Michael's (Howl's student/helper) little hood-beard thing was cute. AND THE DOG hahaha.

I'd definitely recommend it. But then again, if you don't like cartoons, don't.

Yesterday I went to Tienmu, and goodness, I am really starting to get ticked off by people who think they are so cool just because they can speak English. No, speaking English does NOT make you superior to people. There were these two jerks who had just hit puberty standing behind us, wanting to play the demo of GT4, and conversation went so:

1: Dude, he sucks.
2: He sucks so bad. Man, I could so beat him.
1: Dude. Fuck. I wanna play.
2: Well then ask him.
1: I can't. I don't know how to ask that in Chinese.

Chinese people that can't speak Chinese. That saddens me. :(

But ughughugh I wanted to turn around and slap them silly cuz they kept on talking about how great they were... and then they got the controller, and they SUCKED. Downright SUCKED.

I wanted to laugh and leave. But I just did the latter... cuz I'm too small.

My cousins are all 170+ cm... and I'm like 155, haha. I am the freak of the group.
